Claimant says:Bought tires, found cracks in them and they asked us to buy new ones and we would get a partial refund in about 8 weeks.
It has been 3 months. They told us to call the tire company to see what is happening with refund. The tire company told us that the Auto place ( Baxter's) should give the refund.
