Claimant says:By Co-op bylaws, paid $500 move out deposit which should have been returned since there were no physical damages to any of the property. Co-op board claimed that I violated the house rules by moving bags on evening and weekends. When I repeatedly asked for the specifics none were provided. The coop board refused to returned my deposit.
