Diana P. says: The pet hospital in Midtown Miami location needs to be closed! The service is horrible. They have a high turnover with vets and the staff. Banfield corporate customer service does not offer better. This system is truly broken and is a disservice to anyone seeking medical help for their pets.

David W. says: They are insensitive and unresponsive to a valid complaint about their handling of my account upon notice of losing Tuxedo. They continued to charge my account, and then told me to take it up with AMEX, which I fully intend to do if they don't resolve it amicably. I just want to make sure others don't get hurt the same way they've hurt me in a very difficult time.
