Norman C. says: Gas tank at rental was half full -Avis personnel gave us wrong refueling information. Based on information we brought back car at just over half and were told that was ok. We got letter demanding paying a fuel fee plus some other penalty fees. After several calls Avis said pay up now or be black listed from ever renting from Avis again. Only after detailing facts and situation with PeoplesClaim.com did we get resolution with an apology from Avis Corp. Due to the experience , we probably would not use Avis again.
