Michael I. says: Refused to respond to our refund request for our $500.00 deposit on hearing aids that we found elsewhere for half their price. They did not do any custom work or cost them in any way dealing with the order. GREEDY UNRESPONSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.....AVOID!!! JUST BECAUSE THEY RUN HUGE ADS IN THE NEWS PAPERS, DOSEN'T MEAN THEY ARE HONEST.
