This company is a fraud. They have stolen multiply employees money and customers money. They don't value their customers nor employees. They should be investigated and shut down along with sued. They make their rules up as they go. Everyday it's something new. They need to be exposed by 7 on your side. Better Buisness Bureau needs to look into this so called company. They need to be investigated all the way round. Don't let them know your coming not right how they been getting over on everyone.

ARStrat has a major problem with customer service. ARStrat does not problem solve nor listen to and correct errors in their system. They block you from talking to the supervisor. Some will say they don't have a supervisor or a legal department. Takes multiple phone calls to speak to someone who says you have to have "xxx" give permission to speak to you on the phone on their behalf. When authorization is given, they tell the individual they no longer have an account with ARStrat. That's because they got my money when they actually need to refund me do to clerical accounting error. They would never try to look up paid confirmation number and or reference number.They have wasted so much of time and created more problems by not communicating to clarify errors made over and over again. ARStrat bullies, scams, and harasses innocent people. If they just listened and followed through lots of errors could have been avoided . ARStrat has very poor, rude customer service. Once ARStrat got their money when they shouldn't have - suddenly "there's no matching number" They cannot give you a refund in their error if there's no account to get things straightened out. How convenient for them. I wonder how many other people have been screwed and just give up. They just bully you and set up road blocks instead of help solve a problem with their system. They won't even look at paid confirmation number or reference number nor want to see receipt nor will they call billing office to clarify their error. The billing office said multiple times they have communicated with ARStrat to resolve this - (an error) -but ARStrat denies any communication from billing.
None of this should have happened in the first place from an office visit that was paid for in full on 12-21-15 on date of service. Innocent people shouldn't be treated that way and should be APOLOGIZED to. ARStrat needs to improve customer service and how to handle complaints and communicate better. They don't care who they harrass - I'm still trying to get me money back for their wrongful doing and scamming.
