Claimant says:Laminate flooring purchased at Lowes is delaminating. Lowes sent their man to inspect. HE stated it was a defect in the material. ARMSTRONG THEN SENT A LETTER.TO LOWES STATING IT WAS NOT & WILL NOT REPAIR the floor, which I had professionally installed. They will not honor the warranty.
