Ben S. says: we contracted them in late 2014 to make a movie for us. at first they were very responsive. We told them we had a trade show in early April and needed it by then. Not a problem, we were told as it was their slow time and it takes about 12 weeks. The 1st month, we had a scheduling issue with our team. We finally go to the 1st interview and about 1/2 way though, the "messaging director" said we were taking too long and he'd have to reschedule. 3 days later we got a call from some girl named Kelly who told us we were starting our 2nd month and needed to pay the balance of our bill per our contract. Since they already had our credit card, they put it though. I guess the call was just to let us know. Three weeks went by and no one called us or got in touch with us. Out of the blue at 730pm we got a voice mail from someone named Paula that she was taking over our project and wanted to schedule. two days later we all gathered on a conference call - turns out they'd taken the 1/2 finished interview and done a mock up. It looked good but didn't address any of the things we'd spoken about. After an hour on the phone with her and some guy who mumbled his way though, she assured us we'd be in touch in 2 days. a week went by .. nothing. now we are a month away from our trade show - after numerous calls - we got Paula back on the phone who told us she was in Hawaii at another job and would have the PM call. We started working with a new designer who was really good. but assured us we would NOT make our deadline. Then got a call from someone who said he was CEO, slurring his words, said we could make the deadline if we paid another 2500.00. at this point we pretty much bagged the project until after the show.
Got back from the show, called the company. The phone were disconnected with no forwarding. In December of 2015 - a year since we'd paid our deposit - we got an email saying "we are back and better than ever." Went to the new website - filled with how great they are and how the CEO is a master marketer. We called the phone number in February hoping to restart our project in time for this year's convention. A man, identifying himself as Mike Jingozian, still slurring his words and acting as if we just woke him up despite it being mid day in Portland, took my number and said his assistant would call me back. it's now almost a month (the 25) since that call and no call back and no answer on the phone.
this is a scam of epic nature. My company is out 10K and we have nothing to show for it. Do not use them.
