Michelle C. says: Their product burnt my dogs neck and at first they responded with me and offered a refund so i sent the product back and have not heard from them since. I trusted this company to stand by their word and they haven't. I have been trying to solve this matter for 3 months now. They did not put a name on the responses in the beginning and the phone number i found for them is no longer in service. I work for a service department and i have never in my life experienced such poor customer service.
