Maureen R. says: Adare's Boutique does not respond to customer queries unless they are taking your mone. After several purchases. I returned an order for poor quality following their lengthy instructions. After they acknowledged receiving the items back they would not anwer emails, letters to their store or phone calls (over 20)!. They ignored all attempts on my part and world not return my money or credit my account for the amount returned of close to $600.00. For the first time I had to contact my credit card company to resolve the situation. After several months my credit card company USAA refunded my money. Adare's boutique never responded. They resort to fraud and very bad business practices and just hope you will go away so they will not be held accountable. After the fact, I read so many similar reviews about many, many other clients who have had the exact same negative experience with Kathleen at Adare's. Shame on you!! you should not be in business. Ripping people off and stealing money is fraud!!
