Carmen W. says: Because they have very poor customer service. I understand a crack screen may be common but they would not budge. Responded with the same answer over and over again. Which was not covered. It was my daughters and she had it four months. It was not done on purpose or accident. She opened up the laptop and it was cracked. I work at an answer center. I have never in my 12 year career treated anyone like that. No remorse or anything.
