For the entire week of 10/24/16, I asked repeatedly, by voicemail, their chat rooms and speaking live to several support staff people if they could check the status of my order - has it shipped out? In every case, I was told they'd let me know; as of Friday night, no answer to a simple question!!!
Also, I was unable to download their zip file to access the final rendition of my logo in order to email it to the individual who designs my website. I want my logo to be applied to my website. When I attempted to download my final file, it wouldn't download and their was a notice in my account page stating No final files have been submitted. I communicated with 3 different service personnel, requesting that this be corrected. It was not, so I requested several times that the final logo be emailed to me in a format that I could email to my website designer. I was told on Wednesday, 10/26/16 that I'd receive it by my email in about 24 hours. By Friday, 10/28/16 - still nothing!!! I spoke with another service rep that afternoon. She asked me to repeat my email address, said it would be sent soon. As of now, 10/30/16, 6:44 EST, nothing!!! They have people working around the clock, with a slogan that there's support 24x7x365. Earlier, when we were communicating by email to make corrections in my info, I received emails after midnight, in the wee hours, even on weekends. So, if my request were attended to, I should have something in my email by now.
I'm afraid I've been scammed. I paid good money, but don't have the goods. I'm frustrated beyond belief that I can't get an answer to a simple question - did my order ship out? It's late!!! I'm incredulous that they still won't email my logo as several service personnel said they'd do! This is the worst customer service I've experienced in my 29 years in business! I'm very upset and want them to be notified of this complaint and tend to my case.
