I only paid $146.00 for the shoes and they were mailed to me by regular mail (USPO). I don't have a complaint with the cust. serv. rep. as she was communicative w/me but the company policy of returning the item by EMS seems to be unfair. I think it is to insure that no one returns anything. They state that they are an A+ member of the BBB and they have a money back guarantee. Under these circumstances what money will you get back? I think someone should know about this as I am sure I am not the only unsatisfied customer. I don't know the address of SHOPMYBAG but I think they have a business office in California but I can't find the address. The only address I have is in China. I communicated with them by email when I went into SHOPMYBAGS.ME. Please email me if you need any further information. Thank you.
