Aniruddha C. says: We have missing baggage for over 17 days now. this is for flight EI 126 from YYZ to Dublin on 25thMay,2022. There is absolute disregard for the inconvenience that may have caused their passengers. every attempt to get our missing baggage back is falling on deaf years. there is literally like ZERO accountability. it's like the worst nightmare you only read on the internet and now is happening with you.

Edward L. says: On a return flight they cancelled my flights,30 Sept.,and never notified me. I only found out when I tried to check in. I called and they said it would be two days to get a flight to JFK via Dublin and another overnight in Dublin and a JFK flight the following day. They refused to pay for hotels or food, even though I was business class. They offered a 45% refund for the flight if I would go to another airline.
