Claimant says: "I complained to BBB (Better Business Bureau) about Sovereign Bank trying to cash on an unjustifiable fees Sovereign was trying to collect from me. BBB advised Sovereign to write a letter on my behalf, nullifying the fees. Sovereign then turns around and reports me to the credit bureau and vindictively logs a 'tardy payment' complain.
