I told him my Dad was in a nursing home and was not cognitive enough to understand that the phone needed to be turned off (he dosen't even realize where he is). They refused to turn the phone off. My brother also stated he tried to turn the phone off and they refused. I had told them the bill would get out of hand and I would refuse to pay it but they did not care.
