Claimant says: "On June 2010 I had a swelling knee due to a gout crisis and I was having difficulties to walk and move. I went to Emergency of the All Saints Hospital in Downtown Fort Worth.
I explain to the receptionist that I was looking for a doctor to remove the fluid from my knee, the receptionist took my information and asked me go to a room, when the nurse arrives she told me that they did not have a Orthopedic Doctor, so she released me but the administration officer was taking all my insurance information, so I asked the nurse to give me a writen statement indicating that I was not treated and she did it. I explain that to administration officer suspecting that they will charge me. Well the hospital did and I paid $150.00, however the physicians charged me $345.00 despite I sent the dispute with the explanation that no doctor really treat me.
