I called the service dept and they tried to help and came to the conclusion 6-22 that that phone was a bas product too. The phone was replaced with a reconditioned phone which wasn't activated I had to buy minutes to activate. Also had 1187.30 minutes and 355days service left on orginal phone which trafone has refused to transfer to present phone, they say minutes have expired thats not true good until 9/14.”
