Claimant says: "My name is Consuella Jean Jacskon and on September 25,2011 I ordered a slim away product off the tv and the prompts would not respond to my commands.! I ordered 1 slim away product and the cost was 9.99. shipping and handling was free. On monday I called to find out the details of my order and they stated that it was up yet so I called again the next day and the spokes person stated my order was upgraded and I was charged 67.98 I told the person No way I wanted to cancel and he told me I couldn't!
