2 weeks ago the television broke. We called to let them know that we were bringing it in for an exchange, they said no that they had to send out a service person first. Despite what we were informed. So we scheduled the appt for 12/6/2011 and they said that they would be out between 12-5. I took the day off work to make sure I was home for them. At 11:00 they called and said the parts were not in and they had no ETA of when the parts would be available.
I called and spoke to 2 store managers (Ashley and Corey), a corporate supervisor, regional manager (Curits) and general manager (Joey). I explained to them what I was originally told as well as that I have already taken a full day off of work for this. They said I'm sorry that's how it is and were unwilling to fulfill the original promise of exchanging the defective TV for a new one. The general manager even admitted to me that at the time of purchase the employee who assisted us was fairly new.
I feel that they should fix this inconvenience and there miss-communication by exchanging the TV as a one time courtesy.*” ...Show less »
