Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off.

Claimant says: "I purchased an Infra Red extender on 30 May 2011 for ??21.98 which arrived faulty. The supplier offered to supply replacement if I would send him a further ??12 which I did. The replacement never arrived despite many promises from the supplier which meant that the 45 day period for complaint resolution from eBay and PayPal had expired.
