Claimant says: "I rented a car from EZ RAC LAX on 9/11/2016 and returned the car on 9/15/2016. I forgot my camera in the car during drop off and I called the facility immediately I reached the terminal. The lady I spoke to promised to check on it and that I call when I arrived at my destination. The following day when I called she told me the car had been rented out and she could not reach the customer. When the car was returned on 9/23/2016 she just sent me a mail and said no camera found. Claimant says: "I rent a minivan aug 12 thru aug 27 paid the amount of $785.95. one of the side passenger door did not lock and all of my belongings got stolen. the vehicle would wiggle or shake on the freeway.i notify the rental car & they said to go swap the minivan, when i got to the place they checked the vehicle to make sure that in effect the door did not lock;they refused to make the change of vehicle since their manager wasn't in the office at the moment. i tried to make a settlement during my time i was on vacation, try to tal” ...Show more »
