Claimant says: "On December 26th 2012, I had a incident at the Carl's Jr. Drive thru in Grass Valley. The lady who was handing me my drinks put five drinks in a drink carrier that only holds four. As she was giving me my drinks, she let go and quickly closed the drive thru window. She clearly knew I didn't have full control of it and seemed like she purposely did it as if it was a accident. Claimant says: "Hi my name is Maria i was in the CarlsJr. on July to get a 2 chicken sandwiches at 99cents the problem is when i open my sandwich it is complete nasty!with black spots on top i still have frozen the hamburger report w/ a lady who suppose is the manager and i call the corporation those people are really bad to resolve the complaints the lady who call me back her name is LINDA JUAREZ i send all the info and a pic of the problem this was in July 2011 and she send me 2 gift cards this is very offensive because i told her” ...Show more »
