Claimant says: "I HAD FILED BANKRUPTCY I WAS TOLD THAT ONCE I FILED THAT THEY COULD GET ME IN A CAR . I FOUND A CAR , THEY STATED THAT THEY HAD BOUGHT FROM THE AUCTION 14,000. THE PROBLEM WAS THEY SOLD ME THE CAR FOR 23,000 AND IN KS WE HAVE TAXES THAT THE DEALERS INCLUDE IN THE PRICE THAT WAS NEVER PAID SO I COULD NOT GET REGISTERED. THE CAR WAS NOT WORTH 23,000 ONLY 19,000 AND THE TOTAL COST TO TAG UP THE CAR WAS 2800. I had them come & get the car. & they towed my trade in back to my house with out my tittle to my trade in & towed the new care away. when i drove there to get my tittle, they were very rude to me & told me that i would not get my money back for the gas that I put in the car. Claimant says: "Have been making payments on my car. They never put them in and now they have come to pick my car up. I showed where they did put one payment in whiched stopped them from picking it. They have sold me a lemon not once have they fixed it. Dont know what i should do. Without my car and have no way of getting my kids picked up from school or even getting to school. Just want my 2002 gold grand am back. Within 10 business days”
