My son, daughter-in-law and I went from Camp Verde to Prescott to pick them up on July 16. I had been given the wrong address by Jeff the manager of YRC, and I called to tell them we would arrive between 12:30 and 1:00, we were told someone would be waiting for us. No one was there and both pallets were damaged, A forklift couldn't pick the pallets up.
