Claimant says: "I went to a bank of america atm and used my woodforest debit card to withdraw money in the amount of 100.00 plus a 3.00 fee and a 2.00 fee from my bank. the atm went through everything but did not dispence any money or receipt. it did not even sound like it was trying. I called my bank sitting in the atm with a car behind me. they did not show a charge so i thought it was ok. the next day i have a charge on my woodforest account. when i disputed it a few days later when i could get to my branch to sign papers. th” ...Show more »
