I subsequently accumulated charges/fees of $76.65 on dormant accounts that I had been assured had no associated fees. Wells Fargo refuses to accept my accurate version of these accounts and their uninvited costs. The WF employee involved is either misremembering or lying about our consultation in order to support his employers.”

I ended my lease on 8/6/10. Essentially, I used my safe deposit box for 7 months. I expected to be refunded for the 5 months I was charged and not receiving the benefit of storage in my box.
