Claimant says: "I had and insurance claim last August from hurricane Irene. When I recieved my money I had to send it to the Mortgage holder. As I got the damages repaired they sent me some dispersement. But never the amounts that I was spending. I had alittle more work to get done but we painted and repaired windows ourselves. They still owed me around 2,400 to 2,500. Because my end reciepts were not 2,400 hundred they kept 2,000 and added it to my principal.
