Claimant says: "Bought a desk and chair from them on March 21-2016 had problem with chair arms and back loosen They send repair man out and tighten screws and they loosen the second time so repair man my desk and he fixed chair again he cam out a third time on 5-24-16 fixed the chair again and was going to touch up paint on desk but it would not work and tighten chair again He gave me a copy of his paper work that says accent paint on desk and their floor model is different So I have ask for new desk and chair. they say not warranty c” ...Show more »
