Again, I called the help line. They sent out A&G Radio & TV shop to pick up on 5/16/11. It has been there ever since. I called the repair shop and was told that they were waiting on parts to be shipped from Viore. I called Viore call center again. They said that they did'nt see anything in the system showing that the parts had been orderd. I called the center every day. They said it takes time for Viore to respond back to their email. It has been over 30 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager, but I am always told that they are out to lunch. I am writing this letter to BBB because there is no way for me to contact Viore except thru the help line number 1-877-777-1428. I cannot find an adress nor direct phone number. I'm still making monthly payments on a T.V. that I don't have and can't get any information as to when I will receive my T.V. My warranty is not up until 12/5/11*” ...Show less »
