She said she could try to squeeze me in to fix it but she's very busy, so I'll have to take what she's got. And I told her Well if I'm coming in to fix my hair that's a 20 minute drive for me, it will take another hour and it's a big inconvience when you are the one that messed it up. All she could say was Well this never happens to me and ALL I can do is give you 20$ (the tip I left her) back or fix it. No sympathy for the fact that she was the one who messed up or her lovely insinuative of being completely rude. I should get a refund. Come on? If this NEVER happens... then whats 80$ to you?
