Claimant says: "This company was suppose to waterproof my basement at a rental property in 1997. They completed the work with a lifetime guarantee. I called them to repair a crack last year (2010) in a basement wall they had previously worked on. They came and supposely repaired it. Now it is leaking again---same wall --same crack. I have called repeatedly to every phone number listed for them in the surrounding area and the numbers have all been disconnected.
