Claimant says: "I have been going through a nightmare with TK that has been ongoing for abut 9 months. I took my car there for new brakes: a simple brake job. I ended up going there 7 times over the course of months as it kept on making noises. They did try to fix it but to no avail. They put in two sets of brakes, two bearings. After 7 times, I took it to the Honda dealership. It ended up costing me about $1,400 to fix what was wrong. They had lost a part which is what they originally said was a problem. Claimant says: "My wife was buying tires for our daughter's van. I speifically told her not to allow them to run up a huge bill. I wanted the Michelin tires which woulc be about $650. They talked my wife into a one year alignment plan for $125. They charged the criminal amount of $60 to replace brake fluid plus another $40 for the fluid itself. Claimant says: "Yesterday 09/02/2010 I took my 2002 Ford Taurus in to get a CV Joint boot replaced on my right axel ,The axel i had on there was a special one so i could disconect it when i am towing it behind my motor home. when i went to get it i found out they had replaced it with a standard axel and taken out the old one , the axel they put in was $ 99.99 and the special axel cost me $ 530.10. when i confronted them about it they said they would get my old axel rebooted and put it back in for the same price as origionly charged.w” ...Show more »
