Claimant says: "I have made a payment for a dress for shipping back to me because I thought if I refused it that they would not charge me for it. Their ordering on line system is so messed up and the communication is so bad that I actually ending up paying for 4 dresses one of which I only needed. But because their payment site is so confusing they refused to give me any refund on the dresses.
