I responded to cancel the appointment that I had just scheduled since my gift certificate was no longer valid. I also respond to an e-mail sent to me. There in no mention on the reminder e-mail , not to reply to their e-mails.

They called me today and told me I was another no show and I would be Black Listed. I responded to my appointment e-mail reminder and responded via e-mail. They informed me that they do not receive e-mails at all. Subsequently, they informed that this is common business practices not to receive emails, despite contacting me via e-mail.
My husband has been purchasing these gift certificates for Christmas for over 10 years Never had a problem. It has been a major fiasco and I am out $120.00 worth of services!!*” ...Show less »
