Claimant says: "Wednesday night, 11/16/11 my Samsung over the range microwave went out. I called Samsung the next morning and they setup a repair company to come to my house. Tech Pro Plus rep arrived at 8:15am on Friday 11/18. The tech proceeded to remove the micro from the wall. I loaned him my 2 step ladder and when he loosened the micro he stepped up on my glass top range. He shattered the range cooking surface. No apology.
