Claimant says: "While entering into a contract with Team Navigator (a representative of Kirby Vacuum Sweeper Co), to purchase a new vacuum sweeper, I entered my old Kirby as a trade in for which representatives of Team Navigator offered me $399 as a trade in value. After several disputes with Team Navigator Management I opted out of the contract, within the time allotted, but Team Navigator is refusing to return my trade in or is even acknowleging it exists.
