He does not dispute the amount due, said he would mail the deposit check to us but has not done so & no longer answers the cell phone or business phone. There are still rental signs at the address, but I cannot locate Ariel or get any response form him or anyone at Smiley Homes. If there is anything you can do or suggest, please let me know.
