I was able to verify that the company received the returns on May 23, 2016 at 3:30 PM. I waited a month to get a refund, but thus far nothing has be returned. The company never contacted me to tell me the status of the return. I called the company today and was told that I would not get a refund because the 30 day return had expired. I was not told about a 30 day return policy when I first spoke to the gentleman about returns. He assured me that whenever I returned the merchandise unopened I would be granted a refund.
I am very upset because I am disabled and am on a limited income. I bought this product in good faith thinking that if it did not help me, I would have no problem returning it and getting my money back. This supplement was not cheap. Each bottle of 30 tablets cost $89.95.
I would appreciate you filing a claim with this company and getting my refund.
