Claimant says: "I complained to BBB (Better Business Bureau) about Sovereign Bank trying to cash on an unjustifiable fees Sovereign was trying to collect from me. BBB advised Sovereign to write a letter on my behalf, nullifying the fees. Sovereign then turns around and reports me to the credit bureau and vindictively logs a 'tardy payment' complain. Complaint Types: Bad business practices, Contract / Agreement / Promise dispute, Customer service runarounds, i feel that this was their negligence and should address this promptly for me...i kept my payments on time if not sooner to them..

Claimant says: "Sovereign Bank consumer loan service dept has not been easy to contact and the Bank itself has been negligent in keeping their part of loan agreement..that once the loan was paid off that they should have released the lien to the registry and send me the title...I just want what is due to me..”
