Claimant says: "the rechage mower acelerates on a down hill and the speed cannot be controlled, It is unsafe, on level land the speed can be controlled, A cart came with it but the mower gets stuck on softer terrain. I have talked to sears and the shifted the problem to Recharge. I got no satisfaction from ReCharge, they said they could not help Purchased from sears on 23 Sep 2010, and did not use it that year since, lawn did not need cutting until the spring of 2011. called recharge at 866 393-3968 case #3858838.
