She also told me that if I did pay off the cards within 60 days of signing up, I should provide proof and I would get my $998 refunded. I agreed and put the fee on one of my credit cards. I got the next call from the service rep (Andre Smith). I told him the same thing I told Randi Kelly. He also stated that if I pay them off within 60 days, I can get a refund. Andre then started to work the 0% cards while I was paying them off. After 2 weeks, I found out that he had quit. I then was assigned to Sarah ?, who quit a few months after taking over Andre???s cases. Before she quit, I had paid off the cards and closed the cards, including the one I used for the fee and I provided her the proof and she said she would initiate the refund process. As of today, 18 April 2012 ??? 11 months later, I still do not have my $998 refund. I have made numerous calls, I???ve spoken with Maddie (the phone receptionist) who was only able to provide limited information as to my refund, who kept leaving messages for a supervisor to call and who has quit, Jim Cutler, who told me in Sep 2011 that my refund was denied numerous times but ???they??? keep resubmitting and it was finally approved and because it could not be returned to the closed credit card, I had to wait on the computer to print/mail a paper check and Cutler then quit. I continue to call for status and to speak to a supervisor. Elizabeth, the new receptionist (she replaced Maddie), cannot give me any reason why my check is not being sent other than the ???system??? kicks it out and there is no way to tell when it will do that, she leaves messages for supervisors to call me back but they never do. Every time I request to speak to a supervisor/manager, I am told ???they are in a meeting???, or the reason they don???t call back, is because ???they are having phone problems???. I have submitted this claim through BBB and the Division of Consumer Services in Florida. Both organizations have said the company refuses to respond and they have closed my claim as Resolved Unsatisfactory.*” ...Show less »
