Claimant says: "I called company back in April advising I was not going to sail in September of 2020 due to being layed off from work due to covic 19, I was not able to pay and and did not feel comfortable sailing during pandemic. The agent failed to advised be back then that it had to be paid even if not going to be able to transfer to next year. As of today the sailing I was suppose to go on is cancelled. The company refuses to return my money or give me a future certificate to sail next year.  ”

Claimant says: "We booked a wedding about a year in advance. We were informed of the venue 2 weeks before sailing. I was hoping for the chappel with the reception in the restaurant below it. It is a well lit open space with lots of windows. We were informed that the reception was to be held in a night club. The night club is dark with tiered rows and tables of 2 You couldn't mingle. The dj was in a booth. The photographer was a ship event photograher. We have no staged pictures with the family. Royal Carribean farms the event to Roya” ...Show more »
