My complaint is I was moving to a different resident I called rent-a-center to move the furniture because it's company policy that they move their items so that they aren't damage. I called the company on July 10 or 11 to inform them of my move they set an appointment for my items to be moved on the 14 a friend of mines meet them at my new place of resides to allow ” ...Show more »

Claimant says: "I was told by the store manager that she would work with me,on the price that was given to me . she was the one that i spoke with to the first place. and she was the on that made the contract up for me. she told me one thing and did another. I was misinformed about the contract i signed.she talked real fast and made belive her. but she was lying all the time to me.I found out around december of 2009, what was going on with them.I found out this month that they want me to pay another year on these items. not good for me .”
