Claimant says: "ATTN: PEOPLE COMPLAINTS X2 My name is Tracie Martin, this is the second time that I am sending this letter to you ( peoples complaints), I contacted you about one month about regarding my daughter and grandson, that lived at 750 SE 148TH ,97233for the last 11 years. She was given a 90 day no cause notice, as i said to you before Tanita spoke with the office person Alys, and asked why she was being evicted. She was told that they are going to remodel and everyone would be evacuating for the remodel. We later learned as i told you that Tanita , and a handful of others were the only ones to get the notice. Tanita then called in, in Dec 2016 because she was told by one of her neighbors that she was allowed to stay because she couldnt afford to move, and that she was offered a lower apartment since her would need to be remodeled. When Tanita asked if she could at least stay until June , she was told that she needed to look for a place by the 3rd of March 2017. When i was told what happened i asked the neighbor and she told me that they let her stay and she will move down to another apartment until hers is done. Now i am enraged why is it this woman can stay, My daughter has been there for 11 years no problems , rent paid on time etc, Then my daughter reminds me that she sent a complaint on other tenants 2 days before she was asked to vacate. Tania was retaliated against and racially profiled , the other tenant that was asked to leave and was given no le way was a mexican woman and her family, they were just kicked out in the cold also. All of the white families were allowed to stay, now that is no coincidence, that is 100% solid RACIAL PROFILING, at its finest. These people knew that Tanita didnt have the money to move she is on SSI , and makes only 700.00 per month, they know that but see she is a black woman and they didnt care they only cared about the white woman that didnt have the money to move. When confronted the manager of Real Prop Mgmt, stated it was all a coincidence, well i say to that bullshit .. it is not , nor do i believe in coincidences, this was well thought out and executed. To make matters worse, Tanita faxed in the 30 day notice on Jan 10th , which would have made her move out day Feb 10th, the office manager Alys as she calls herself, the queen of the KKK, states that she never received the notice and that Tanita would need to send another that would make her move out date the 23rd of Feb. Now when it is all said and done they had received the notice from Jan and this Alys person said she never received it, this is the same person that didnt feel as if my daughters needs , and financial situation was the same as the other tenant which is not a black woman.
