Every time we tried to use the internet a big block wold appear saying Qwest is upgrading, try later. This would stay on there all day & night for two moths. We would call Qwest, they would tell us this process was almost over, it never did. We refused to pay them for a service they did not furnish. Claimant says: "I don't want the men to lose their jobs, although that would be doing QWest a service, but I do insist that they be re-trained to deal with real humans. Josh had NO right to talk down to me the way he did, even though he claims he contacted SS when, in fact, he didn't. He's the real liar. And Jerome, his supervisor, should be called on the carpet for not following through. Both need training and should possibly lose pay while they are training.”
