Claimant says: "I made over 8 phone calls which were never answered due to full message center. 4 Calls I left messages to call me immediately and never received a call. Sent several emails as to status of the service and received replies of this was put into service twice. It was never served and both are busniness that are open M-F 8-6. The last email was to find out what was going on since I had already had a court date where I told the judge that I hired a server. He thought I was lying so I showed him the emails.
