Claimant says: "On April 6th I went to place a second order at the 1 Lackawanna Plaza in Monclair NJ. Mayle asked for my order. I requested whiting. She had no idea what whiting was. I said the fish. I then heard the question as to how do I want it, fried ? I said how else would I get the fish? She then cashed me out for a combo meal. I did not want the combo I only wanted the meal.
