I called the penguins and they refused to make any compensations. Although, there were no promises made as to seat locations in the Ultimate Fan Package due to the name and cost I expected that the seating would reflect the amount that I paid for the tickets. In one sense I feel that this was false advertising especially since my seats ended up being in the upper level 223 M seats 7 and 8 (again worth $65 a piece). I think this was a grave missrepresentation of what they were offering and am not happy with the way that the penguins handled my request for some additional compensation.
