We set up an appointment with a salesperson (Justin Freeman) for the Night of April 6, 2009, and after the sales pitch for the HR40 windows we decided that this would help us cut the energy bills down by saving money and we agreeed to purchase the windows. The windows were to be installed in August 2009.
